Sorelimbs was wondering how many people would be using the same post title… lots. I didn’t want to disappoint so I used it too!
No running for me today. In fact, I don’t run on Mondays in general. It’s just not convenient because Sunday is supposed to be my long-run day and also I have to be at work earlier on Mondays.
This evening I concentrated on getting started on my fitness levels at home. It wasn’t much but I wanted to ensure I was doing something, especially in the spirit of Juneathon. Thankfully I’ll be running tomorrow.
4 set of push-ups: 17, 20, 19 & 20
3 sets of crunches: 50, 50 & 70
I also did 10 dips (feet on sofa and hands on coffee table) to see how much strength I’ve lost/kept in my triceps. I’ll be incorporating those back into my workouts over the coming weeks I reckon.
That’s it for me. It wasn’t much but day one is done.
