Come on fatty! Get Running!

As I am currently a ‘virtual’ runner in every sense of the word I will need to start moving on the whole training thing or I will be missing my next go at my first marathon!

So, tomorrow I’m doing a 7 mile run on the treadmill (with an incline) to get the blood flowing again; next week my 8 mile run will need to be on the open roads!

I’m going to loosely stick to this plan in the hopes that it gets me to where I need to be… across the finish line.
