I was doing my run this morning and the next thing I knew 20 mins had gone by! I know a lot of people hate treadmills but I don’t mind them at all. I kind of get rhythm going and veg out. It’s great. I just plod along staring into space and thinking about the day or other things.
It was one of the things I was thinking about whilst running. I get into that same state when I was doing the long runs previously and when I’ve done any event. I just space out.
Anyway, today’s training was okay but my legs are now sore. So, now I need to really take it easy tomorrow to ensure I don’t damage my poor little legs or anything else for that matter.
So far the running is going well and I hope I can finish Janathon on my feet.
