Juneathon – Day 3 (Still Sick)

Last Updated on Thursday, 4 June 2009 Written by The Virtual Runner Wednesday, 3 June 2009

I haven’t got much to say I’m afraid. No work today and certainly no running either.

At this very moment I am able to breathe through my nose but the pain in my sinuses is unbelievable. I’ve never had anything like it before.

Regardless, this evening I’ve completed yet more push-ups to ensure I haven’t missed a day of Juneathon. 5 sets of 15, 20, 20, 20 & 15. I also started to do some crunches and managed two sets (50 & 30) but my head was pounding too much by that point.

I’m hoping the ability to breathe through my nose remains for the whole night so I can actually get some proper sleep and perhaps resume a normal non-cold lifestyle.

Colds Suck.
