		<description>I&#039;ve had a look.  The virtual 5k is a great concept.  I wonder if other places will start arranging virtual runs?  Perhaps I should consider starting my own annual virtual run one day.  lol</description>

		<description>Interesting blog. I am currently training for a virtual 5K (Best of the Boardrooms 5K) that is put on by Healthiest Executive. The great thing about a virtual run is that you can map out any run you could possibly think of which I didn&#039;t know you could do.
