Wednesday Morning Run

This morning’s training session was 400m repeats x 5 with a 200m recovery run in between.  I warmed up by running 1.60km at a 06:39 min/km pace and then did my repeats at a 04:37 min/km pace with recovery runs at a 06:39 min/km pace.

In total I covered about 6.70km because I ran for a bit longer at the end just because I felt like it!

On another note, I was thinking about The Fat Runner whilst running this morning.  The Fat Runner has posted their starting weight and current weight on his website.  My concern is that he refers to himself as the “Fat” runner whilst weighing 101kg or less.  I weigh 101kg!

Perhaps I should look at purchasing thefatvirtualrunner.org?
