		<description>That&#039;s a bit crap and I&#039;m well and truly in your camp with option number 1 above. However, I was made redundant on 16th Jan and started a new job on 16th Feb so things can turn around pretty quickly even when the market&#039;s no good so even if the worst does happen, say sod it, find a short project to keep you busy (I built a bike) and then find something bigger and better. Good luck!!</description>

		<description>Sorry about the news on the job front it&#039;s a horrible feeling. I spent the whole of last year with my job officially under threat and had literally a last minute reprieve on the day i was supposed to have my departing interview. The stress on me and my family was overwhelming sometimes.

I sincerely hope everything will be OK
